The modular, compact and user-friendly design of the MFH-Line from Frewitt guarantees optimum sizing results with excellent throughput rates for a highly diverse range of products from the pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuffs industries. The high rotor speeds play a decisive role in the granule size and the throughput rates of the product being processed. The rotor of the hammer mill can be turned from the impact side (hammer) to the cutting side (blade). The MFH-Line is particularly suited for the sizing and pulverisation of hard, crystalline or fibrous products.
Depending on the result desired, sieves or perforated sheets can be used. The single-sided rotor position concept prevents the products from being heated during proces-sing. The MFH-Line is exceptionally user-friendly, easy to clean and complies with the GMP/FDA regulations.
