With the models IX-D150 and IX-D300, Iwaki offers two further digitally controlled dosing pumps with brushless DC motor for a setting range of 1:750. The entire series now covers a performance range between 0.08 and 300 l/h. All pumps are working with a microprocessor controlled suction and discharge stroke with a constant stroke length of 100 %. The setting of the flow value is adjusted only by the stroke frequency and the variable stroke speed. This drive concept allows for a low pulsation feeding with an accuracy of ±1 %. A special suction mode for viscous and sensitive liquids is available which prevents cavitation. One can choose between different operating modes like manual, batch dosing, control via pulse or time, analogue control or profibus control. The pumps are equipped with sensors for pressure and diaphragm break. They correspond to IP 65.
