The new generation of the Kokeisl (discharging + dosage of bulk material by gravity) has approved it’s reliability also for very problematic and bridging products such as vitamins or even siliciumcarbid. The modular design with component numbers reduced to a minimum can be connected to silos or to IBC’s. The Kokeisl-Fluidisator is rotating close to the inner cone wall, the product to be discharged is sligthly lifted and loosened in that area. The product is flowing and thus being discharged by its own gravity.
This slide-help assures the outflow independent of the diameter of the outlet-hole – therefore the outflow can be regulated infinitely (1:25 000). Discharging and dosage with this large range of regulation allows an important minimization of the number of elements and therefore less costs and higher flexibility.
