Eisele Pneumatics markets its stainless steel connections under the name Inoxline. The line includes dead zone-free connections for media circuits where no residue can be tolerated in the pipe system. The design of the plug-and-turn connectors of the 1600 series allows safe and reliable internal cleaning of the lines by flushing before changing media. They are manufactured from stainless steel 1.4301/07 and the collet for secure holding of the hose is made of (chemically nickel-plated) brass. It is not necessary to disassemble the systems for cleaning. The connections are suitable for an operating pressure range from -0.95 to 25 bar and temperatures between -20 and +120 °C.
