This diaphragm valve range and the associated control systems are developed by Bürkert Fluid Control Systems for the pharmaceuticals industry. These pneumatically or manually controlled diaphragm valves are used to control and regulate very pure, abrasive or dirty media, for filling products with a liquid to stightly pasty consistency or in cleaning processes.
To achieve this, the filling quantity is controlled by regulating the pressure of the sterile medium. Bürkert provides the entire control circuit here, from the sensor to the diaphragm valve, to the positioner with its integrated regulator (TopControl continuous).
