Continuous level measurement in bulk solids
The Molosbob LF20 by Mollet serves for continuous level measurement of bulk solids in silos and bunkers up to a maximum measurement distance of 42 m. Simple installation and an error-free operation also in case of changing bulk materials or process conditions characterise this measurement device that can be used for process temperatures up to 150 °C. The compact and robust measurement device with a tape made of stainless steel supplies accurate measurement results unaffected by bulk goods characteristics like dust, moisture, conductivity or grain size. This measuring device with low weight is also suitable for the use in dust explosive areas of category 1/2 D. Furthermore the safety circuit avoids the run-down of the sensing weight into the silo outlet area. A specially designed tape wiper avoids pollution of the internal housing.
