The Heinen hibelt belt dryers can be used for continuous drying and conditioning of capsules containing active ingredients (DPI) as well as herbs, plants or other non-fluidisable products. The systems are tailored to the high product inquiries to ensure a smooth drying of the temperature-sensitive capsules to the pre-determined exact final moisture. The product is conveyed via infeed belt into the drying chamber, dried to the desired final residual moisture under conditions of equilibrium. To achieve different drying conditions in two separate zones the systems are equipped with additional dehumidifiers. They are designed according to GMP-regulations and are available as single belt-, multiple belt-, multiple step- or multistage systems, gastight and of corrosion-resistant materials.
