The Afriso-Euro-Index series WTh 30 resistance thermometers are designed for measurement in pipes and tanks in applications requiring hygienic process connections and materials. WTh 30 is suitable for a measuring range from -50 to 200 °C. It consists of a robust stainless-steel housing with IP 67 protection and a Pt 100 measuring insert which is directly integrated in a thermowell. Changes in resistance depend on the temperature and are detected either directly or by an optional measuring transducer. A compact M12 plug connection is used to connect the unit electrically. The response time T 90 is only 5.5 s. WTh 30 is available with various installation lengths and different process connections.
