When it opens its gates from April 25 to 28, 2006, Analytica will not only be celebrating its twentieth anniversary; it will also continue its success story presenting the entire breadth and depth of process chains in industrial and research laboratories. The international trade fair for analysis, laboratory technology and biotechnology focuses on topics that move decision makers and users in laboratories in the industrial sectors for chemistry, pharmaceuticals, medicine, nutrition and the environment as well as government and industrial research. It is clearly positioned:
• to present the entire range of marketable laboratory equipment and applications
• to depict economic solutions for industrial and university user groups
• to include first-rate gatherings for business and science that round out the exhibition, such as the Analytica Conference and the Analytica Forum.
Some 1000 exhibitors from Germany and abroad are expected to participate in Analytica 2006. They will present their prod-ucts and solutions on approximately 60 000 m² of exhibition space in five halls.
The 20th Analytica will focus on solutions for routine laboratory applications, from consistent sample management, making optimum use of reagent quantities and increasing analysis throughput rates to combining analysis procedures in a single step and the effective use of lab-oratory automation. Analytica 2006 will examine the latest trends, demonstrate potential for improving efficiency and give users new impetus for their investment decisions.
