Elaflex provides standardised hoses and couplings for the transfer of dangerous goods and sensitive fluids. The Elasil silicone hose range conforms to FDA and USP Class VI and meets the 3-A sanitary standard. The hose sizes DN 13 to DN 102 are assembled to customer specification, with crimped couplings.
The company also produces stainless steel couplings themselves. These include female couplers Easyloc with automatic lever lock to avoid unwanted disconnection during operation, e. g. due to excessive pulsation. The couplings are available in sizes DN 13 to DN 50. All couplings are guaranteed to EN 14420-7. They are reliable, leakproof and operationally safe.
