The filling machine Integra 84 by Feige is designed for fully automatic and calibrated drum filling. It is part of the product family presented under the title „perfect flow“ together with the partners Haver&Boecker and Newtex Bag Palletizing. The filling machine is equipped with four parallel working stations, which help to significantly accelerate the passage of drums. With additives, it is even possible to fill ISO steel or ISO plastic drums between 50 and 230 l. Now the filling machine has been equipped with additional features. SAP interfacing simplifies the process integration, while an exact status query via condition monitoring is possible at any time. The machine may be operated via remote control using a hand-held device. Torque control during drum closing ensures more safety in the course of the filling process.
