Bosch presents their SVP250 LF processing system together with the ALF 5000 filling and closing machine for vials and ampoules in a complete line that enables the seamless transport of the product from the processing to the filling machine. The transport can be tracked by LED visualisation. Data of both machines are fed into a single system and are made available for an Industry 4.0 application. The processing machine is designed for small batches from 15 to 250 l. The system features a module for two-stage sterile filtration for aseptic preparation, which is located between preparation and storage vessel. An integrated clean room wall separates the process vessels completely from the technical area. The connected filling machine immediately continues to process the transferred fluid. The filling machine may be equipped with up to twelve filling heads. A maximum output rate of 600 containers/min may be achieved.
