The Bokela Dyno filter forms a closed, serial chamber system that allows a completely closed, airtight separation process. The filter is excellently suited for the treatment of process waste water as well as for the filtration of suspensions/liquids from the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. It processes suspensions with particles from 200 μm down to 0.01 μm. As a further process variant, the filter enables a dynamic sieve filtration and a dynamic precoat filtration. Dynamic sieve filtration is a new process for the continuous separation of troublesome coarse grain from ultrafine particulate, high-quality dispersions such as in foam production. Dynamic precoat filtration combines cake-forming filtration and crossflow filtration into a process that completely separates solids from suspensions. The produced filtrate is absolutely particle-free.
