The functionality of Bandelin’s ZM series of ultrasonic cleaning units has been further improved. The ultrasonic tank has a separate generator which can be positioned away from wet areas. Both the tank and the generator are designed to meet the requirements of today’s industrial standards. Generators are equipped with a serial interface and remote control connection. Multiple cleaning tanks can be powered by a single generator. High-capacity power modules enable the generators to operate more flexibly and satisfy specific customer requirements. ZM units equipped with both a bottom and a side transducer, improve the distribution of ultrasonic waves. The cleaning process is thus more efficient. Twin Sonic multi-frequency units operate using ultrasonic transducers with different frequencies on the bottom and the side. The advantage of this is a uniform sonic and power distribution that ensures better cleaning results in an even shorter time.
